1953年生まれ。青山学院大学経営学部卒業後、(現)ネミック・ラムダ株式会社入社。
海外事業部配属、後に社長秘書。
1979年公認会計士第2次試験合格後、(現)アーンスト・アンド・ヤング(アメリカ系監査法人)入所。
1984年根岸公認会計士事務所開業。中央綜合会計事務所に名称変更後、2003年中央綜合税理士法人設立。現在に至る。
2003年11月に（株）中央綜合ビジネスコンサルティング設立。多くの金融機関をはじめ企業、公共団体の顧問を受託。企業再生、資産税・相続対策の専門家。東京、京都、仙台に計3カ所の事務所をもつ。

sadly, i've had to finally close weezerfest.com for good since i no longer have free hosting.
i had entertained the thought of maybe doing something with the site again eventually,
but to pay for the domain and hosting while there was nothing on it seemed kinda silly.
